Stone Age Climbing
Are down and out (for now) since Dec 10th... they say:
"As the current economic situation continues to bring challenges to businesses both big and small, Stone Age Climbing is suspending operations as of December 10th, 2008. Over the next couple of months, we will be exploring ways to continue to be fiscally sound in the current economic environment. We appreciate everyone who has purchased holds from us over the years, and we are hoping that we will soon be able to again provide you with excellent holds and service."
-----------------------------------------------
Straight out of the gate a new year and the DRCC are at it again....
DRCC

Dark Side or Easy Side.... The Force (as they're called!) may need to be with you!The Dark Side, here's what the DRCC says about them:
"These holds are called The Force as they allow setters to more easily force moves and sequences. There is only one usable side to the hold with the DRCC grit you know and love, and the rest of the hold is as smooth as glass and low angle. These are called the Dark Side Crimps (D.S.C.) as they are not positive holds. Evil"The Easy Side:
"Beautiful dual texture holds. Positive incut crimps surrounded by glassy smoothness. These holds are called The Force as they allow setters to more easily force moves and sequences. There is only one usable side to the hold with the DRCC grit you know and love, and the rest of the hold is as smooth as glass and low angle. These are called the Easy Side Crimps (E.S.C.) as they are positive holds. Good! "
Both sets are $29.95 each

Those force crimps from the DRCC are hand candy. They are some of the most fun crimps to set with and climb on
